His father was Willis Leard Hudgens (1852)of Laurens County, SC. His grandfather was John B. (Jackie) Hudgens (1824). There were 9 children in my father's family. His mother was Nettie Daniel Hudgens. His brother, Tom "Mitch" Hudgens lived in Williamston until his death in the 1970s. His sister(Lois Hudgens Storey)lived in the family home in Williamston until her death in the 1950s. She taught school. Could we be any relatives of yours?
