    2. Can someone tell me where the Dark Corners area of Anderson County is/was located? I grew up there, but until I began researching my ancestry, I had never heard the term. Thanks, Jim McAlister

    3. Hello Jim,Dark Corners of Anderson is located at the south west corner of the county.     3. Hi Jim, I am forwarding you this link, showing the Dark Corner map, which is shown on the Anderson map of 1877, It is now the "Corner Twp." and was shown with that name on the 1897 map..
