The STanfords were definitely from SC but I'm not sure where - so were the Browns. The Hollys were from Anson Co. NC just across the border, so it is assumed that the Kings were also in SC but I really don't know where. Oh I find that William Brown was from Fairfield Co. SC. and Thomas Stanford married his daughter Martha probably in Chester Co. so perhaps they were not in the area yours were.
