Yes, It is in Abbeville County. There are three locations. Look on the usgen web page for Abbeville County SC http://www.rootsweb.com/~scabbevi/cemetery.htm There is an Old Rocky River Cemetery in Latimer, a Rocky River Cemetery in Latimer, and a Rocky River Cemetery in Antreville. I found it myself. No one responded, but then again I asked the wrong county. I've got a couple of Simpsons, a Rampey, and a McKee in Rocky River. I hope they are easy to find.
