Do you show any Wiggintons connected to your Foster family. An Elizabeth Wigginton was married to a James Foster in Bedford Co. Va ca. 1797 and there was a James Foster whose will was witnessed by an Elizabeth Wigginton (possibly mother-in-law). The will was probated ca. 1802 and mentioned land adjacent to 23 mile creek in Anderson Co., S.C.

This Will you are speaking of James Foster's wife ws Mary. By the names on Will I would assume this would be in the area of where Hwy 81 and 86 cross going toward Easley on hwy 86. 23 mile creek heads up near Brushy Creek. It is now called Pickens creek at the head waters now, I think. OK, I am going to bed...its 6:30 am and I have gotten mad at myself.. Obituaries page 1 has been deleted by none other! :( I will find out which ones are missing and rewrite the page. The last time I asked Victoria for the back up (about 3 mths ago), we're still waiting on it. SO rather than ask her and wait till Easter, I will rewrite the page this week and have it up in the next few days. Forgive me, Cindy

No, it won't. I am currently having problems with the rootsweb site and broken links. I am in the process of repairing those. Its 4:30 am and still working on it. We are an unincorporated not-for-profit group of independent webmasters who are linking together to share network of independent sites devoted to History & Genealogy, and covering North American Countries and Territories. None of the political stuff that occurs with the rootsweb coordinators. This site will never be archived by anyone other than me ( and I don't archive, I make a 2 backup copies on my computer) so that your contributions STAY your contributions.
