My question is does anyone have any ideas as to why someone born before Jan 1, 1915 (when birth records were mandated) would request a delayed birth certificate? I ask because he had other siblings born before 1915 and if I could find a reason for the delayed birth cert, I could perhaps find some for the other siblings. Thanks, Kevin Sanchez-Cherry
