B. Ellis, Greenwood, SC The transcription that I have of his cem. records gives an incorrect date of death. Death Cert. is a primary source for death date, but not for other info. He is buried with his first wife and others as follows, all in Horn's Creek Cem. [Information in brackets from HC Ouzts] Death Certificate date is a primary source for death date. It is different from the cem. transcription which might have been difficult to read. DC would be the most accurate date since it was given by the Dr. at the time of death.
