The following obit was published Feb. 2, 2005, "The State", Columbia SC. I found it in a stack of papers and don't think I posted it. I am interested in the parents and Burnett connections of her second husband Fred T. Burnett. But.... I am not familiar with the Batesburg-Leesville area funeral homes, which could indicate to me if this Burnett was white or Black. I am working on the White Burnetts with marriages into my Holloway, and Rauton lines. I have accumulated a lot, but altho I have two Fred S. Burnetts, I don't have a Fred T. nor a marriage to Willie Ruth Griffith Smith.
