I looked at the map mentioned in the reply above, and the Millbrook division shown on that map looks like all of south Aiken and more - a really large area. Whiskey Road is Highway 19, starting near downtown Aiken and going south to New Ellenton. Old Whiskey Road branches off of Whiskey Road, to the southwest, just as you enter New Ellenton. I haven't found a reference to 'Millbrook Township' yet, but there's a pretty concentrated area near the intersection of Hwy 19 (Whiskey Road) with 302 (Pine Log Road). In that area you find Millbrook Baptist Church, Millbrook Elementary School ( where I went), Millbrook Grocery, etc. I'd be willing to bet the township was in that area.
