    3. The following Death Cert. were transcribed from the microfilmed copies of the originals located at the Camden Archives & Musuem, Camden, SC 1915 - 1952. All information except the death date and cause of death are secondary sources, given by a third party at a time other than the actual birth, etc of the person. Only the death date and cause of death written by the Dr. at the time of death is primary. I have not proven the info. and am seeking info. to do so. Frances Elizabeth Floyd Powell d. April 16, 1938 d/o John Floyd and Martha Rhodes, wife of Starling Elder Powell b.1844. Jane Q. Powell Floyd d. May 15, 1928, daughter of Charles Pinkney Powell and Martha Hancock, md Benjamin Franklin Floyd, son of Wiely Floyd & Caroline McClendon Floyd. I cannot find him either. Ella Floyd Powell bl ca 1870, d/o Wiely Floyd and Caroline McClendon.... do not know her death date and did not find her while checking others. Could have missed it since i didnt know death date. Cornelia Floyd Hitt, d. Jan 16, 1940, wife of Thomas Edward Hitt & d/o Sherman Floyd, s/o Wiley and Lizzie McClendon. John Luther Floyd son of Benjamin Franklin Floyd and Jane Q. Powell. ---- there were several possibilities in the index, but did not check them out as it was late. I have added the birthdate to my list and now I can narrow it down by age at death shown on the index microfische.
