Glover Dies In Aiken Funeral to be held in Batesburg today Aiken, S. C., July 23, Miss Missouri Glover died suddenly this afternoon in Aiken at the home of her sister, Miss Clara Harrigal, with whom she had made her home for several years; formaly having lived in Batesburg. Miss Glover became sick early in the morning, but her death was wholly unexpected. The passing of the christian woman is a distinct loss to her many relatives and friends who have always showered her with much love and affection. She lived a quiet and unassuming life, but one of usefulness. She was a member of the Baptist church. The funeral service and burial will take place in Batesburg Wednesday afternoon at the Batesburg Cemetery at five o'clock. Dr. P.J. McLean of the First Baptist Church of Aiken conducting it. The funeral party will leave Aiken from the home of Miss Harrigal at four o'clock. Pallbearers are: McKinney Hartley, Julian Cooner, J. C. Cullum, Dr. Graves Cooner, all of Batesburg. Miss Glover was the daughter of Mary Plunkett Glover and Samuel Glover, both of this county, representatives of well known and prominent families. Survivors are, Lucius Harrigal, of Warrenville, Miss Clara Harrigal, of Aiken and Mrs. J. M. Vanhoy of Charlotte, N. C., and a number of nieces and nephews.
