Please contact me if you know who his parents were.... and grandparents. James E. "Bubba" Broome, Sr. Belvedere -- Memorial Services for Mrs. James E. "Bubba" Broome, Sr., 82, of Audubon Circle, Belvedere, SC who died Oct 9, 2005 will be conducted thiis Wednesday afternoon at 3 pm from Belvedere United Methodist Church. Rec. David Lee and Rev. David T. Templeton officiating. Private interment in Sunset Memory Gardens with Military Honors. Mr. Broome was a native of Augusta, having made Belvedere his home for the past 50 years. He was a member of Belvedere United Methodist Church where he was active in the Men's Club, a U. S. Army Air Corps veteran of WW II, retired from E. I. Dupont Co and a member of the Jesse C. Lunch Memorial American Legion Post #71. Mr. Broome was the husband of the late Mrs. Jackie Broome. Survivors include three sons, Jimmy Broome, Charleston, SC, Jack Broome, Medford Oregon, and Brad Broome, North Augusta; a daughter Elizabeth Campbell, North Augusta; a sister Dot B. Rogers, North Augusta; 8 grandchildreh, and 5 g-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Belvedere United Methodist Church Men's Club, 202 Rhomboid Place, Belvedere, SC 29841. Stephen D.
