    1. Obit of Robert Lybrand, Sr d. 3/29/2005
    2. Lee and Billie Jones
    3. I don't know that this Lybrand connects to the Lybrand's of Old Edgefield Dist, but the use of the name Lott in his father's name leads me to believe he is connected to OED families. I am not familiar with the Thompson Funeral home to know the probable race of Mr. Lybrand, but recognize the King, Lott, Lybrand, names as familier OED names. He names a g-grandson as Robert Lake Lybrand. I have seen the name in older records, and have a Robert L. Lybrand born Abt. 1872 in my files which might indicate he connects to that line of Lybrands in some way. I do not work on the Lybrands and only have a few in my files from other sources. Just typing this up and passing it on to see if it helps others. The State, Tuesday, March 29, 2005 Cayce -- Services for Robert C.
