Born in Saluda Co, a daughter of the later James Bouschelle and Marietta Workman Hazel, she was the wife of J. B. Parrish, Jr. Mrs. Parrish was a retired bookkeeper with V. E. Edwards & Brother Hardware & Building Supply. She was a member of Richland Spring Baptist Church, where she was a member of the TEL Sunday School Class and the WMU. Surviving her are her husband, J. B. Parrish, Jr. of the home, a sister-in-law, Sarah Hazel Kneece of Greenwood, and several nieces and nephews. Two brothers, Wiley Hazel and Clifton Hazel, preceded Mrs. Parrish in death. Funeral services will be 3 pm Saturday, March 11, 1006 at Ramey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Steve Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Bethlehem United Methodist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm Friday evening at Ramey Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Richland Springs Baptist Church, 1895 Duncan Rd., Ward SC 29166 and to the Saluda Nursing Centery, PO Box 298, Saluda SC, 29138.

It shows his name, relationship, age, state of birth, and it states he was enumerated in the family of C. W. and Georgia Harrell (His Parents) The copy that is attached was issued in Aug 1976 and was probably used to applied for Social Security Benefits.. It was issued by the US Dept of Commerce/Bureau of Census. It states at the bottom "The Bureau of Census does not issue Birth certificates, but this record is often accepted as one." wmharrell
