Please contact me if you have figured this out. Farish Carter is my greatx4 grandfather. I have seen mention that Farish Carter was descended from Robert "King" Carter of Virginia but have never found the link. There also was a Thomas Carter that immigrated from England around 1650 but have had no luck with that either. It's frustrating!!
