By his first wife - only have her first name "Ann" from where they joined a church in Montgomery County, AL - I only know the names of three. There possibly could have been others. 1) William Thomas Taylor b. ca 1820 is, as far as I know, his oldest son and is likely the one through whom you descend. He was known as Thomas, and married Martha Cason probably about 1836, probably in Montgomery Co. AL although I have not tried to locate any possible records of this. 2) Harriett Taylor (this is my ancestress) 12 Jan 1832 from Bible 3) Daniel Taylor ca 1841 By second wife Kesiah B. Perkins, widow of John Flinn: 4) William Doveton Taylor 1843 5) Lillian Narcissa Taylor 17 Feb 1845 6) Frances C. Taylor ca 1847 7) Lee Taylor (m) 8) Richard Ivey Taylor, Jr. ca 1844 9) Leroy Taylor ca 1853 By the time of the 1850 census, your Thomas had died, and his wife and children were living with his father and family. These are the ones who were at home at the time of the 1850 census: 1850 Coffee County AL Census - HH 398: RI Taylor 51 Farmer SC Kisiah 30 SC Harriett 16 SC Daniel 9 AL William 7 AL Narrasisa FMLE 5 AL Frances C 3 AL Martha 30 SC R.L. 13 SC Mariah 11 AL Thomas 4 AL Barthy 2 AL
