He is listed in an abstract of Michael Devaul/Devall's will of 1803 and he is also mentioned as a JP who married a Jennings in Edgefield District in 1825. He is also linked somehow with a Neri Baker Devall who was buying property with James Otis DeVall in 1809 along Long Creek. Any info from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Cindy DeVall
