Does anyone have church or cemetery records for Rocky River Presbyterian Church (known as Bull Town Church until the name changed in 1779)? My g-g-g-g-grandfather John "Flatwoods" HARRIS (b. 1765, Cabarrus Co. NC; d. 1 March 1830; m Jane LESLIE) was an elder in this church. Flatwoods was the son of Col. Robert HARRIS and Frances CUNNINGHAM. Flatwoods Harris' son, William Hugh HARRIS, married Mary Watkins ANDERSON, daughter of Rev. Thomas ANDERSON (b. 1762 VA) who died in 1840 in Abbeville Co. I'm wondering if he may have been a pastor at Rocky River? I'm looking for the graves of both my HARRIS and ANDERSON grandfathers. Any help/guidance appreciated. Monya Fayette Co.
