I do appreciate it. I have a copy of this administration, and these are my ancestors. I also have seen a notation about James TUSTEN's son, Samuel TUSTEN. It is in Cha 111, "Index to Equity Records1791-1906," by Elizabeth Wood Thomas,1964. There was apparently a lawsuit in 1855 between Samuel Tustin vs Hiram T. Tustin. It is from Partition, Box 2; pkg 33. I assume this had something to do with this distribution of the estate you cited. Do you have any idea how one gets a copy of the equity records? Thank you.
