You have to be a premium member to get the copies. I am not a member. I have not needed anything from NARA in so long, that I do not know what is charged by them to get the copies. Perhaps someone else on list could help you with that. You can search again using the above, but click on the Reveolutionary Ware PENSION Records and see if there was anything there as well.
