Hi, Before 1850. I would have to check my paper files, but if you haven't seen Temperance LOMAX by now, you may not have her in your family. That is not our line...that I know of. I think I've done a bit of work on the LOMAX name cut can't find them right now. I see this name in my VA-NC-SC Index of Wills books. It seems like Temperance LOMAX was from a NC family.
