David I don't have anything on the Christopher family but perhaps you could help me solve a mystery. I am researching the Richey family of Abbeville and Pickens. I have read most of the issues of the Pickens Sentinel from 1873 through 1933 on microfilm. In the late 20's and early 30's I have run across a Mrs. Mack Christopher as attending bridge parties at Harry Austin LaBoon's home place. Harry was married to Sarah Farmer. Do you know anything about a Mack Christopher. I believe he moved to Florida in the 1920's and then returned to Pickens. I figured he might be kin in some way to the LaBoons as it was one of Ben LaBoon's children that Mack went to Florida with. July 25, 1929: Mr. and Mrs. Harry LaBoon and daughters and Mrs. Ada Farmer left Saturday for Athens, Georgia where they will spend a few days before returning to their home in Clearwater, Florida. Mr. and Mrs. Mack Christopher will move back to their home here on Margaret Street. Thanks for any help you can provide.
