These are my ancestors and information was handed down to me I have not researched but my immediate line to it. But interested in anything about the Boyd, Wood, Voyles family. Jesse Boyd son of Henry W. Boyd and Ellender Wood and grandson of William Boyd. Henry was b. 19 Feb 1786 Franklin Co VA . He died 25 Mar 1875 Walshville, Montgomery Co IL , Ellender b. 1787 Franklin Co VA d. 29 Feb 1872 Walshville, Montgomery Co IL. Both buried in Kirkland Cem, Montgomery Co IL. Henry's father William died in Ky was a Revolutionary Soldier. Any help on the above Boyd/ Wood family would be appreciated. Now Henry Boyd's son Jesse m. Matilda Voyles who was born 08 sep 1811 in Pendleton District SC and she died abt 1874 in Walshville Montgomery Co IL. Does anyone have Voyles family who was her parents.
