    3. Good Evening All, In my search for Samuel Meredith and his wife Amelia Fox, as they traveled from the Carolinas to Kentucky, I went to South Carolina (Greenville). I searched for anything Meredith and Fox. I'll be submitting these to the list in hopes that someone may be able to use the info and that someone will share a little about the ones they connect with. Barbara Meredith Howard Will of Henry Meredith Wills of Laurens county Will Book A Pg 67, bundle 96, package22 Be it rememberd that I Henry Meredith considering the uncertainty of this Mortal life and being of sound mind and Memory thanks be to God for his greate goodness and his wonderful Mercies unto me I do make and ordain this my Last will and testament in maner and form followening (Lem) first I give unto my son Samuel Merdith all my lands 2 I give unto my Daughter Nancy Arnold one Dollar 3 I give unto fleming Hofley one Dollar (4) I give unto Thomas Warters one Dollar and Boadwin Warters one Dollar and permealey Warters one Dollar and after my Debts and Furnel Expences are paid all my property Excepting my Lands and that is given to Samuel Meredith & Nelson Meredith and Sally Martin the wife of Benjamin Martin and Jane Bowan the wife of Wm Bowan and James Merediths two children amealey and Henry Meredith the Both Recive as much as Nelson Meredith Between them Both that is one share that is one share to be Divided Between them Both and after my Death all my Estate to be sold and divided as above directed and I hereby appoint My son Samuel Meredith My Sole Executor of this my Last will and testament Revokening all other wills made by me this 15th day of December 1842 Signed Sealed published and Declared by me Henry Meredith to be my last will and teftament in the presences of us who at his Request and in his presents have hereunto Subscribed our names as witnefs to the same Teft William Robertson John H Templeton I.F.
