    1. [Old96] 300 Citations for Walkers of South Carolina
    2. Hello South Carolina and other Walker researchers: I have uploaded a Walker research database containing about 300 citations to documents concerning the various Walker families of South Carolina about 1770-1815.  These citations have been gathered over the past couple of years by Frances Bateman, Martha Easter, John Rountree and me as we have searched for the correct family for our Samuel Walker, Revolutionary Soldier of Edgefield. http://familytreemaker.genealogy.com/users/r/u/s/Judith-F-Russell/index.html After you click on the file to open it you can use your browser's FIND capabilities (type Cntl F) to search for names, landmarks, cities, whatever. You can use the FIND technique on any of the files -- there is a Walker/Bell annotated bibliography as well as several other primary documents. Remember, though, this is a draft research document and should be used as a basic for tracking down the original documents.. As always, your comments are most welcome.  We are very interested in hearing from other researchers concerning the Walker families of Edgefield, SC.
