Charlie, Have you been in touch with a Phyllis Harrison who lives in SC? She descends I think from same Moses - but I do undersatnd there is more than 1 Moses Hendricks. If you have not had correspondence with her, I'd be happy to put you in touch with her. She seems to have excellent documentation which is of course important in our genealogical quest. In the meantime, I am interested in your Jackson line. I have a Mildred "Millie" Jackson b. 1814 probably present day Pickens Co., SC. She had several siblings whose names I do have born between 1800 and 1814 (memory serving me she is the youngest). Her father apparently died and her mother must have married a Taylor (possibly a Thomas Taylor), for family story has it that Mildred had a 1/2 bro Levi Taylor - but his date of birth falls smack dab in the middle of Millie and her siblings thus I suspect this is more like a step brother rather than 1/2 brother which of course could pass down thru time as a 1/2 brother. I do not have names for Millie's parents and would sure love to find them. There may be a Samuel Jackson in this picture some place, but this is only a wild guess on my part at this point. Other lines of mine in the Northwest corner of SC including Old 96: Blas(s)ingame, Easley, Jameson, Rankin, Orr, Stephens, Keith, Fowler, and others. Always interested in sharing with others!!
