I'm searching for Crain/Crane. The were in SC in the late 1770's, in the Greenville District. Names in my line are: Charles Sr. and Abigail, their children were Charles, Jr (Mary Wright), John (Elizabeth Simmons), Pleasant., Samuel, Davis, Cassandra, Prudence. They went to Tennessee and then to Missouri, settling in Polk, Cedar and Greene Counties, in the early to middle 1830's. Also looking for information on Charles Crain and Judith. who may or may not be the parents of Charles, Sr. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Have been searching off and on for 30 years.
