Phyllis Wilson Carpenter, you wrote to the list requesting information on the subject families and your message was forwarded to me, therefore, I do not have your direct address. Please be advised that the George Brownlee, Sr. & Sarah Caldwell union is not my direct line, however, Sarah's older sister Margaret, who married James Richey, Sr., was my 5th Great grandmother. I would be most happy to share information with you as I do have Sarah's parents and a host of info on her sister Margaret. The Caldwell and the Brownlee families were neighbors of my Richey, Cowen and Hawthornes and there was quite a bit of intermarrying done between these family groups. I also have pictures of many of these people's headstones as well as the home built by James & Margaret Richey.
