I've had the same problem with T.L.C. Genealogy Books. On Feb. 8th I placed an online order (according to their new web site this is the only way you can order now) and received an e-mail order confirmation notice. I've been a long time customer and have always received my orders promptly but am still waiting for this one. I've sent e-mail messages to the customer service and owner's addresses, called the 1-800 number (which has been disconnected) and mailed a letter to the s-mail address. Still no response from anyone!!!
