Hi, I had the same experience as Joy did with TLC books. I placed an order on November 19, received an immediate confirming email as response -- and never heard another word. I emailed and continue to do so periodically. Still get no reply. Their 800 number has been disconnected. Their fax number, in Dec., was still operational and I faxed them, but got no reply. They have not, however, charged my credit card. So I am still in limbo. But as there has been no charge made, I have had nothing to "stop." A person on another list had a similar experience with them. She heard they were going to be back after Jan 22, but when I last contacted her, they hadn't replied to her after that, either. Barbara
I really don't understand why the site is still on-line or why *no one* is explaining exactly what the problem is. This has been a very reputable company for many years and it's very sad to see it end this way.
