I am searching for Charles Whitten(on). He and his family left old 96 district in the early 1820's and ended up in Lauderdale County, Alabama and Wayne County, TN in the 1830. They may have resided in Warren County, TN for a short time. This is my first time writing to this list. I can somewhat document my line back to Charles. There seems to be several Charles Whittens that were contemporaries. I am trying to find out where he originated and who his parents and/or his siblings where. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
