    3. I am looking for Jesse Taylor born 1763ish in South Carolina. He was in the 1790 census, 1810,and 1820 District Ninety six, Edgefield Co. S.C. By 1830 in was in Lowndes County, Alabama. He died in 1834 in Lowndes County, Alabama. At the time of death his wife was Patience. I am not sure that was the mother of all the children, there is a gap in the birth's of groups of children. The children were: Zebider, Sarah, Lewis, Richard (my direct line), Joel, George, Barbara, Hackney, Randal, Matitela Elizabeth, & Milly. I have some information on all the children but Lewis. They all (except Lewis) came to Alabama with Jesse. Some went to Bibb County, some to Coffee, Covington Counties, and some stayed in Lowndes that later became Crenshaw County, Alabama. If anyone has information on The parents or siblings of Jesse I would certainly appreciate hearing from you. Jesse lived next to Tom Taylor in the 1790 census. Jesse had land dealings with an Everrett Taylor while in Edgefield but I do not know any connection. There was a Jesse Taylor named in the deed of Conveyance from Robert Hendrick to William Daniels dated October 1803, a John Taylor and David Burks are mentioned in land dealings Octer 1802. Zephoniah Nobles and Jesse had land dealings1804. All of these were in Edgefield County. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks, Margaret
