There is a six volume book called The Burriss Family. IT was done by some descendants in Anderson County,SC. Both the Anderson County Library and the Greenville County library have copies of these. They are also in the State Archives in Columbia, SC. I will go to the Greenville County Library and use the Burriss books for lookups for those of you who do not have access to them.
