<Smile> Now no one has an excuse to forward a messy message. Donna, I found that the mouse was hard to do for the cut and paste because it is hard to control where it goes. There is a way that my DH taught me that I like very much. It might be helpful to those who are new at mouse control. first, put your curser at the beginning of the text you want to copy, then hold down the shift button and use the arrow key that is on the right hand side of you key board and arrow to the end of the text, or use the down arrow if there is a lot of it. This lets you stop where you want on the highlighting. Then you let go of those keys and hold down the Ctrl key and hit the letter C. This copies the text you have highlighted. Go to the place where you want this text copied to and put your cursor there. Then hold down the Ctrl key and hit the letter V. It will paste the text right there. Works easier for me, might for some others too. Betty
