    3. Kay, this church and cemetery is located 15 miles from Greenville and 15 miles from Pendleton. I believe SC Hwy # is 8. Near intersection of Hwys 8 and 81. I have many family buried there. Earliest birth that I know of is 1811, Narcissus Smith Nelson. Who are you looking for? Perry McCrary

    3. Thanks Perry for both emails -- Too bad Furman isn't online with some of their record holdings. I'm trying to locate any hint of my Forsyth Co. GA Smiths -- They came from Pendleton/Anderson District and I tend to reach for any possibility. The current lead is Mt.
