I downloaded the files at the above address. The "MERGE.BAT" put them together in a "GEDCOM" file. The first time I attempted to open the GED file it could not complete the loading because of a lack of memory. I removed the TSRs and closed all programs for a second attempt to open the file. The same thing happened again. This is the message I got, "There is not enough available memory to complete this operation. Please close other open applications then click Retry." I don't understand this since I have 96megs of RAM and almost 3 gigabytes on the hard drive. Something else, when I click on the GED to open the file it also opens FTM as a secondary window. Any suggestions?? In advance, "Many thanks" for your help. JimAllen "Blowing out the other person's candle won't make yours shine any brighter."
