Patti, I don't know very much about this Thomas Moore. My ancestor is Alexander Moore, Born July 1810 in South Carolina. He says in the 1880 census, that his father was born in Virginia. Alexander Moore is names as son in a property sale for Thomas Moore in 1847 in Abbeville Co., So. Carolina. There was a Thomas Moore who was a little older, in Anderson Co., S.C. who I think may have been connected to the David Moore family. I am very interested in the David Moore family also., they were always living close to the James Moore family, another of my ancestors. I will be glad to exchange information with you.
