Is anyone looking for Liddels. I received a copy of a will that was in the newspaper some years ago. I do not have the name of the paper or the date. A will for a George Washington Liddel was found among some papers of a deceased Warren R. Davis estate. This will was found during the transaction of the land being sold. The will is dated 1861. Here are the names listed in the will. Wife Rebecca C. children: John Thomas Liddel James A. Liddel George Washington Liddel Mary Elvira Rebecca Caroline Sarah Ann Julia Anna It states that George Sr. owned a large Plantation on the Keowee River. If this is anyone's family let me know and I will be glad to send out a copy of the info. Kristy
