I apologize to everyone. I meant ALABAMA, not Mississippi. David McDaniel is a son of Berryman McDaniel and my gg grandfather. My cousins and I are stuck with Berryman McDaniel (1788-185?) because he said he was raised in KY and we cannot find his family. Of couse that was pioneer land at that time. Another question is whether Sarah McDaniel was a Mayfield. There is a Mayfield-McDaniel Bible in Ar which suggests strongly that she was, BUT!!. I need the marriage certificate to settle this. Mildred, William Robertson dies in Tuscaloosa Co., AL abt 1863 and names a daughter, SARAH McDANIEL, as one of his heirs.
