Any relation to John WEstmoreland Grant nee Pickens County, who was injured during the civil war, and later died from the wounds. He married Rebecca Neal. Also what Daniels are you researching? Ellen, That John may be a son of Asbury and Lucinda Grant listed in the 1850 Pickens co. SC census. There is no known connection at this time. As for the Daniels I have F. Alonzo Daniels no dates married Susan M. Grant (d/o Asa Grant and Lucinda Gilbert) 16 Oct 1845-24 May 1882(buried Townville Bapt. Anderson co.). She died before her mother and Alonzo remarried to a Cleveland. I cannot find him anywhere. There children per the papers for Lucinda Grant were Columbus W. Daniels, Minnie I. Daniels, Sue Daniels, Fannie L. Daniels, and Nellie J. Daniels. I have no dates or further information on them. Thank you for asking. Kristy
