First to GA around troup and harris counties, and then onto chambers county,AL and surrounding areas. I have a copy of the heritage of chambers county,AL book by heritage publishing and in this book I've located many decedents to families in SC area. Might be worth a trip to your local library and see if they can obtain a copy for you through inner library loan dept. And decendents names and addresses are printed under the article they sent in as a contact address for family.
