Angel, There is a Niclaus Brigsti in 1790 Edgefield, just after the Coonrood Mark and just before Henry & Caty Mark. Maybe his name was spelled this way by the census taker and not the man himself. I understand the takers wrote the names down as they thought they would be spelled, not necessarily the way the family would have liked to have had their names spelled.
