You are welcome Margaret. Unfortunately, none of the counties cited in the 16 incidents (Charleston, Chester, and York) were part of the Old Pendleton District. To my knowledge the Old Pendleton District was comprised of present day Anderson Co, Oconee Co, and Pickens Co. The districts and counties have changed a number of times so maybe parts of Charleston, Chester, or York were part of Old Pendleton at one time.
