    3. Special Collections, which is Clemson's archives, is on the first (or lower) floor of the Strom Thurmond Institute. Hours are 8:30-6 Monday through Thursday and Friday 8:30-4:30, when classes are in session. (Check the website: http://www.clemson.edu) The current (new) exhibit is CLEMSON LANDS PAST PRESENT AND FUTURE. It includes lots of pictures and quite a few maps, some of which have landowners' names on them. Elizabeth Whitaker
