    3. Several widows, with their children, traveled after the war via wagon train, from Old Pickens District, SC, to Sevier County, TN. Some of the surnames were; Sanders, Lumpkin, Emory/Hembree/Emery, etc. You mentioned Gossett as one of you lines. I have a letter written in the 1880s from H.J. Gossett, a preacher, to Elisabeth Smith Sanders. The letter was mailed and received in East Tennessee. ----- Original Message ----- From: "B Nelson" <distler5@charter.net> To: <SC-OLD-PENDLETON-DIST-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, November 02, 2005 2:14 PM Subject: Re: [SC-OPD] William Copeland, Sr. & Jr. > Please tell me where I may see or purchase this publication. 3. Perhaps this issue names some of the other surviving Rev. War soldiers. Is anyone on the list able to get a copy of the 15 July 1829 issue?
