Sorry if you get this more than once!! I am stumped on something. My John CHAPPELL and Abigail BOWEN(?) named two sons, Joseph Grisham CHAPPELL and Elias Earl CHAPPELL. There are references in deeds, etc to Joseph GRISHAM and to Elias EARLE. I was wondering if there is a link between these families. I have been told that John CHAPPELL was buried in the old BOWIE cemetery. I also think that Joseph GRISHAM was linked somehow to the BOWIE's. I saw a reference to this on GenealogyLibrary.com (of which I cannot access!) It was on The BOWIE's and their Kindred, pg 315. If anyone has access to this database, could you please do a lookup for me? I am thinking that either Abigail was a BOWIE or John CHAPPELL's mother perhaps was one.
