Could you please look and see if there are any land transfers for Wiley Bishop? I have been researching him for years and he seems to be a brick wall. Wiley is listed in 1800, 1810, and 1820 Pendleton Dist. census. I have found a deed where he bought land on Mountain Creek of the Savannah River. i assume this would be around present day Oconee Co.
