My huband was a member of Fishing Creek Presbyterian Church when he lived in that area. He said it was organized in the 1774. It has a very small membership don't know if anyone has put any of the cemetery, etc. information on the internet. There appear to be a lot of Steels in that area. The church is in Chester County, SC. There is info about the church in the York County Historical Society webpage. www.yorkcounty.org and look at the history center. The church address is: 3087 Fishing Creek Church Road, Chester, SC 29706-4413 phone number is 803.789.3067. Chester County borders York County. Hope this helps.
