    3. Beverly, There was a Samuel C. Kelly that was s/o an Andrew Kelly whose est. was administered 1 Mar 1858, but I do not see a Samuel S. in Pickens Co., SC. This is not to say that Samuel S. was not from the OPD area, but there were many Kellys in SC. My grandmother was Mary Alice Kelly, her father was John Joseph Kelly b. 1849 (some folks call him John Jefferson, but his own daughters called him John Joseph, so that is what I call him), John's father was Harvey Kelly, b. in 1823, Harvey's father was Elisha Kelly born 1790 and his father supposedly was William Kelly. Right now I don't know of a Samuel in my family because I don't know the above Andrew. Good luck. 3. Wilma, I have been working just as long on the Kelleys/Kelly. My Kelley is Milly and she married Pleasant Sullivan. I think Elisha may have been connected to her. James Kelley lives the closest to Pleasant in the 1790 census. Milly and Pleasant marry in 1796. They name their first son Kelly and their second Son Nimrod. Now there is a Nimrod in Clemson in 1790 but I can't find Milly in his household and I think he is too young. I think he is a brother.,. I think Millys mother maybe Sarah. She is connected to Rueben and to Nelson and to a William who marrys Martha Garrett. (See Edward Garretts will). I think Elisha comes through Rutherfordton. Check out Henry there and the Whitesides. The one group you can cancel is Gershon's crowd. Hope this helps. Anne ----- Original Message ----- From: "Wilma C.
