    1. Re: [SC-OPD] Ambrose Nichols
    2. Hello, In researching my ancestor my gr gr gr grandfather Nicholas Briskey/Brisky in SC I found many families to migrate together around 1830's. Some first to GA and then to Chambers County and parts of AL. I have a copy of the heritage of Chambers county, AL by Heritage Publishing and I find Many pages in the index for Nichols. Probably inner marriages. It might be worth your time to check into it through your local library inner library dept can perhaps obtain a copy to look at. Also books to get are Bobby Lindsey reason for the tears has great many early settlers and families with what they did etc. And also, if they we're in ga then 1832 gold lottery book of GA has countless names etc in the book. Good luck Sandel [email protected] Seattle Surnames: Briskey,Brisky,Brisque,Demastus,Sutton,Meadows,hodnett,Moore,McIntosh,Leverett,Mark/Merck (States, SC, GA, Chambers County, AL, Washington State, TX, france, Willing to share and trade) also names of the people who wrote the articles are in the book with their addresses for contact.
